Monday Muncher: Rice Cakes

I love snacking on rice cakes as a snack and I often put peanut butter and bananas on top to make it more nutritious. I like to eat them as a snack after school to tie me over until dinner. If you are a GF eater, make sure to look at the ingredients to ensure there is no gluten products in it.
