I LOVE mexican food! I HAD to find a way to adapt fajitas to where I could eat them safely with no gluten. Easy! Exchange flour tortillas for corn tortillas. It took a little getting used to at first, but now they make my mouth water just like before.
Here are the products I use: Packaged Fajita meat, packaged corn tortillas, cheddar cheese, onions and green peppers! Yumm-O! (can you tell I like Rachel Ray!)
