Monday Muncher: Oatmeal and toppings!

An easy gluten free breakfast option is oatmeal (not necessarily the packaged kind- but the REAL kind)

Here is the brand I like from Whole Foods. If you do not have a Whole Foods near you, then Quaker Oats steel cut would do just fine!



You can even add in extras like fruit, brown sugar, stevia, honey, raisins, craisens or milk!
