Such and Such Saturday and Sunday: My favorite Book

My favorite books are by Jodi Piccoult. She is an amazing author with a good and very different perspective on current events. I like her books especially because she writes from "the different or unaccepted" point of view. For example, in the book "Nineteen Minutes" she writes the book from the perspective of the gunman in the school. Now I read this book for the first time years ago, but it always reminds me that in a particular situation there might be more to a situation than what is on the surface. I like the way her books make you think. I often put myself in the book and try to determine how I would react or what my viewpoints would be on the subject. Many times her boos change my viewpoint or at least the way I perceive other people's viewpoints. If you get the chance to read her books, please do. They have made me a more open minded person and member of society. Her book "HOUSE RULES" is even about a child with Autism who is accused of murder. I am still reading this book, so don't tell me how it ends! It is so good so far!

Here are just a few of her titles that I have read and have thoroughly enjoyed:

  1. I really like Jodi Picoult too! Right now I am reading the Percy Jackson serious and Harry Potter. I am just in a fantasy mood I guess. I will have to check some of these other books you recommend!
